EADA Business School

History

EADA Business School is an independent, non-profit institution founded in 1957 and it became a Private University Foundation in 1984.
EADA is dedicated to training, applied research and knowledge transfer to the business world and to society in an international context.

EADA’s programs place students in real-life social, economic and environmental situations, challenged to think like an expert and make strategic decisions.
Lively class discussions take place in an engaging, multicultural environment, in which you examine real case studies critically and learn from others as they learn from you.

At EADA, classes are small, allowing for the daily exchange of ideas and debate among classmates and the personal guidance from professors that is so critical to our methodology.
The leadership program provides high impact, lasting learning by pushing you out of your comfort zone.

EADA defines its research mission through a combination of its willingness to be a strategic partner to companies whilst providing participants in thr educational programmes with access to a high quality faculty that combines with professional experience.
The institutional organisation of research in EADA responds to a “dual” model, with academic departments and Applied Research Centres.
Departments are the primary thematic referent for research activity in EADA and they are responsible for ensuring coherence of all academic activities as well as for the incorporation of research results into existing and new programmes.

EADA campuses offer WIFI connections and shared computers are available for use in the library area.
EADA also offers an extensive IT support covering our virtual campus and online resources.

The newly remodelled EADA-Barcelona City Centre Campus is located in the heart of Barcelona, with 4,000 m2 of intelligent, sustainable study space specially designed to enhance your learning.
In addition, EADA has its own campus dedicated to the development of leadership skills, just outside the city in the beautiful area of Montserrat.

EADA Community helps to organize clubs and societies according to student interest. Currently we have popular Consulting and Sustainability Clubs along with various fundraising events, including the Barcelona half marathon for charity and a football league.
