History
ILCF has been teaching French to hundreds of international students for sixty five years, and has been demonstrating its unique expertise to deliver high quality courses in Language Acquizition and Culture and Civilization.
Education
The courses ILCF offers cover all levels ranging from A1 to C1 in order for you to build strong foundations or to fine-tune your French. Additional classes are organized according to different subjects, the better to learn the language in its cultural context.
Short Courses
Housing services
- studio or "chambre de bonne" (small guest rooms) offered by private landlords
- private bedroom within a family home with access to the kitchen and bathroom (of particular interest to international students)
- housing in exchange for services: a private bedroom in a person’s house in return for services such as childcare, babysitting, assisting an elderly person
- Private Halls of Residence
- La Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP) is a public hall of residence for international students only, priority given to Masters and PhD students
- Francestay offers other host families (bed & breakfast or half-board)
Library services
The ICP has several libraries available for studying or researching. All the documentation available to ICP students is also available to you.
Campus life
Less than five minutes away from the Luxemburg gardens, the Sorbonne University and the Panthéon, from boutiques in Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Bon Marché, the ILCF enjoys a unique location in the very center of Paris.
