Description
This course is targeted to both students of various specialist subjects and those already employed in the aviation industry.
Students are assisted by experienced practice-based experts alongside the excellent lecturers of the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef · Bonn.
The International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef · Bonn (IUBH) was the first university of applied sciences in Europe to offer a three-year course in International Aviation Management. Contents
The Aviation Certificate is an attendance course over a period of one semester and consists of two modules.
Every participant takes a basic module with the following courses:
Airline Business Models - 2 ETCS
Introduction to Aviation Management - 3 ETCS
Aviation Project I - 3 ETCS
The participants also take one additional optional module and can choose between the following:
Option I - Policy Module
Aviation Economics & Policy - 3 ETCS
International Aviation Policy & Institutions - 2 ETCS
Option II - Airport Module
Airport Management - 3 ETCS
Ground Service - 2 ETCS
Option III - Cargo Module
Air Cargo Management - 3 ETCS
Logistics for Integrators - 2 ETCS
Option IV - Advanced ModuleFor the Enrolment in this module there are requirements which will be checked by our faculty for every certificate participant
Yield Management - 4 ETCS
Network Management - 4 ETCS
Tuition is carried out partly in the form of lectures and partly in seminar style.
Requirements
To take part in the Aviation Certificate you need:
* Proficiency in English and
* Initial experience in the aviation industry.
