We are now accepting applications for our Intensive Summer School of Russian!
In 2014, the Intensive Summer School of Russian starts classes on June 13 (the students are arriving on June 10-12) and will last till August 15 (the students are departing on the weekend of August 16-17).
During 10 weeks of the program you will have 200 contact hours of Russian in class (including lectures in different areas of Humanities).
You will be staying at a dorm with a Russian roommate; you will also have Russian language tutors at the dorm (helping in doing homework etc.).
The cost of the 10-week program is 4500 US dollars (it includes tuition, lodging at the dormitory, help of tutors, processing visa papers, transfer from and to the airport).
Classes are Monday-Thursday, from 10 am till 3.30 pm. On the weekends, the tutors will be organizing different excursions and cultural tours, the cost of the entrance tickets, museum guides etc. is covered by the students (it is not included into the program cost).
We recommend completing the full 10 weeks of the program; however, doing a shorter program (4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks) is also a possible option. In this case, the cost of the program is to be recalculated depending on the duration of the course.
