The International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef · Bonn (IUBH) offers one of Europe's first professional programmes in hospitality real estate. The new, part-time Hospitality Real Estate Certificate focuses on the conception, realisation, acquisition and administration of hotels, resorts, spas and other leisure properties. The certificate is subdivided into four modules:

  • Hotel Development
  • Hospitality Real Estate Management
  • Investment and Financing
  • Future Hotel

Together with the professors of IUBH renowned lectures with international experience in the hotel and real estate industry lecture in this course providing the participants with detailed knowledge of hospitality real estate.

With successful completion to the study course students receive the university certificate

Certified Hospitality Real Estate Manager

Students are also elegible to receive 9 ETCS credits for the study course

Requirements

Applicants must present

  • a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas:

o Business Administration,
o Hospitality,
o Tourism,
o Geography,
o Finance,
o Law,
o Architecture,
o Civil engineering,
o Real Estate

  • prove at least 3 years of professional experience in one of these fields.

Students of the areas stated may apply for the course as of the 6th semester if they are sufficiently qualified.

A sound knowledge of English is mandatory.
