Maximizing the performance of your organizationIncreasing competition, globalization, widespread use of the internet and social media are just some of the factors influencing modern business. To survive and grow in today’s volatile business world organizations have to train employees on skills,negotiation abilities,political savvy and the ability to work in often multicultural teams. This requires not only a clear understanding of what the culture in the organization should be but also how to manage and maintain it.

The program Managing Performance through Organizational Culture will challenge you to transform your organization into a high-performance structure and give you the tools you need for optimal efficiency and effectiveness within a culture incorporated in Code of Conduct.
