The competitive marketing strategy programme: a management game that promises you hard work and real-time experiences. In this course, you work as a marketer in a small Decision-Making Unit of manufacturer within a competitive industry. You are faced with the planning, implementation and evaluation of an international brand marketing strategy within a realistic simulated environment.
The process involves ongoing marketing, competitive and financial analysis, as well as coordination of marketing programmes and operations capabilities (capacity and inventory management, sales forecasting and so on). These efforts lead to the development of marketing strategies which are implemented within short- and long-term marketing plans.
All of these marketing management elements –Marketing, Analysis, Planning and Strategy- arise in this course.
