A new vision on strong leadership is not a luxury, but a necessity.
All over the world the economic crisis and other developments in society are being seen as an indication that patterns of thinking and strategies from the industrial era do not suffice any longer. A fundamentally different approach to thinking and acting is needed, and the coming decade is crucial in this development.
