Learn to deal with the economical risks and developments companies in Europe face. Face the consequences of your own financial management decisions.
It’s all about money is a financial management game especially designed for those (aspirant) professionals who are interested in financial decision-making processes. In this course you learn how to make sound policy decisions in the field of finance. Focus will be on the interdependency of investment decisions with regard to production, marketing and finance. You learn how to support and test financial policy making by setting up liquidity budgets, operating budgets, capacity planning and cost analysis.
The course has a very practical approach. Participants work in teams in this management game according to rules that are similar to the economical risks and developments companies in Europe face. In a realistic manner participants are faced with the consequences of their own financial management decisions. Alongside the management game classes are offered in which modern theoretical knowledge is discussed to support successful participation.
