In this practice orientated Summer School course we focus on Nursing Leadership in Daily Work. Having insight in the strategic and clinical role a nurse leader plays in healthcare is of great value nowadays. A combination of research, practice, lectures, excursions, workshops and role play lets you investigate your own potential as a nurse leader and gives you the opportunity to meet other highly motivated nurse students, giving a boost to your CV and your international professional network.
Each course day starts at 9.00 and ends approximately at 16.00 hours, depending on the afternoon programming of excursions. There are two 3 hours blocks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In total we have 60 contact hours. The course has combines two tracks. Please indicate the theme of your preference in your application under "motivation". We will take your preference into account while assigning places in the tracks but the final decision will be made by the course leader.
