The Faculty of Law at LMU Munich - one of the leading law schools in Germany -offers a unique summer program for law students and young lawers from around the world. The course takes place in the heart of Munich and provides an in-depth introduction to German and European law. The overall aim of the course is to convey a sense of the particularities of German and European law. Special attention will be devoted to the general structure of German private law as well as to German and European business law, i.e. corporate securities law, antitrust law and taxation.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
